Can a robot open a conference in Monaco?
Yes. It walks on, delivers a short scripted welcome and introduces your first speaker, taking its cue from your show caller. We rehearse the entrance and the timing on your stage during the technical rehearsal.
How much does it cost to hire a robot for a conference?
From €2,000 per day with an operator at the multi-day rate, excluding VAT, for the event humanoid. NOVA, the developer humanoid with the full SDK, starts at €3,000 per day. Custom scripts, travel and staging are quoted separately.
Can the robot answer delegates' questions?
With the AI assistant upgrade, yes. It listens, understands and answers questions about your programme, your rooms or your organisation, in English and French, and hands over to a human when it reaches the limit of what it knows.
Can it be programmed for a technical demonstration?
That is what NOVA is for. It is the same body with the full SDK, so our engineers can write custom behaviour, motion sequences and integrations for a session. Software work is quoted per project, separately from the hire.
Does it need anything special from the venue?
A flat, dry, firm working area of roughly three metres by three metres, a step free route to the stage and a small power point for charging. Our operator handles the rest, including battery swaps between sessions.
