How much does it cost to hire a robot for a trade show in Monaco?
From €2,000 per day with an operator at the multi-day rate, excluding VAT. A multi-day exhibition is exactly what that rate is built for. Custom scripts, travel and staging are quoted separately and you get a firm figure within 24 hours.
How much stand space does the robot need?
About three metres by three metres of flat, dry, firm floor to work in, plus a discreet corner for the operator and the battery case. Exhibition carpet over a level floor is ideal. It does not use stairs or ramps as a routine.
Can the robot explain our products to visitors?
It can deliver a scripted pitch out of the box. If you want it to answer real questions about your catalogue, the AI assistant upgrade lets it listen, understand and reply, and hand over to your staff when it does not know. That is quoted per project.
Can it run for a full three day exhibition?
Yes, in blocks. About two hours of active show comes from one battery and our operator swaps batteries on site. We normally plan twenty minute blocks through opening hours, which also gives your stand team a rhythm.
Will the organiser allow a robot on the stand?
In our experience yes, once they have the paperwork. We provide a risk assessment and insurance documents, and the robot is operated at all times, never left running unattended in a public hall.
