Luxury retail · Golden Square

A window people stop at.

In the Golden Square, footfall walks past beautiful windows all day. A humanoid robot inside the boutique or at the door turns that walk into a stop, and a stop into a visit.

A robot inside a Monaco boutique.

Luxury retail in Monaco is concentrated into a few hundred metres around the Golden Square, and every house there competes for the same passing eye. A humanoid robot in the window or just inside the door is the rarest thing on that street, and unlike a display it looks back at the person who stopped.

It works for specific retail moments rather than every trading day. A boutique opening, a new collection, a VIP evening, a collaboration or a seasonal activation are where it earns its fee. The robot greets clients, delivers the line the house wants said, and hands over a gift or an invitation with a gesture that photographs well.

Discretion is part of the brief. We agree the tone with your store manager, keep the operator close but unobtrusive and plan the show blocks so the shop floor never becomes a crowd that clients avoid. The robot does not take a sale, does not touch stock and does not replace your team. It brings people through the door, gives them a reason to stay for a second minute and then steps back so your advisers can do the work they are there to do.

Retail moments the robot fits.

Opens a new boutique

The robot meets the first clients at the door on opening day, which turns a ribbon into an event worth filming.

Works the window

Placed behind the glass it performs to the street on a loop, stopping passers-by who would not have looked twice.

Presents a new piece

It carries or gestures to the new collection at the moment the house wants attention on it, indoors and controlled.

Hosts a VIP evening

For a private client evening it greets by name where you brief us, then works the room between conversations.

Gives clients the photograph

Guests leave with a clip from inside your boutique, shared to exactly the audience a house wants reaching.

Wears the house mark

Your logo replaces the wordmark on its chest, so the robot reads as part of the brand's own world.

Questions we get asked.

Anything we have not covered? Write to us and we answer within 24 hours.

Can a robot work inside a boutique in Monaco's Golden Square?

Yes, where the floor gives roughly three metres by three metres of flat, dry, firm space and the route in is step free. We check the shop with you first and position the robot where it draws the street without blocking the floor.

How much does it cost to hire a robot for a retail event?

From €2,000 per day with an operator at the multi-day rate, excluding VAT. Single days, a custom script, travel and staging are quoted separately. Send the date and the address and you have a price within 24 hours.

Can the robot sell or handle stock?

No. It does not handle merchandise, does not take payment and does not replace your sales team. It can hand over a single light item such as a gift box, a card or an invitation, and it brings people through the door.

Can we put it in the window?

Often yes, if the window platform is firm, level and deep enough. It performs to the street from behind the glass and the operator stays inside with it. We measure the space before we confirm.

Will it fit the tone of a luxury brand?

That depends entirely on the script, which is why we write it with you. The robot can be quiet and formal rather than loud. We would rather do fewer, better moments in a boutique than run a continuous show.

Tell us what the room should remember.

Send us the date, the venue and what you want people talking about afterwards. We answer within 24 hours with a plan and a price.
