Grand Prix hospitality · Monte-Carlo
Something to watch between sessions.
Your guests have the terrace, the harbour and the cars. They also have four hours between sessions. A humanoid robot fills those hours and gives the suite a story of its own.

Race week hospitality, beyond the view.
Grand Prix hospitality entertainment in Monaco has a specific problem. The racing itself takes up a small part of the day, the view is spectacular for the first hour, and then a terrace full of important guests needs something to do. A humanoid robot moving among them turns the quiet stretch into the part they describe afterwards.
It suits the audience. Race week guests are hosted constantly and are difficult to impress with food and champagne alone. A robot that greets them by company name, poses on the terrace with the circuit behind it and delivers your host's message is a genuine talking point, and it photographs beautifully against the harbour.
The practical side is simple but strict. We need about three metres by three metres of flat, dry, firm floor, which most suites and terraces above the circuit have, and we plan the show blocks around the session times so the robot never competes with the cars. Our operator is present the whole time, dressed for the room, and works quietly around your service team. Access windows during race week are narrow, so we agree delivery and get-out with your building long before the Thursday.
What it does across race week.
Greets your guests
At the door of the suite it welcomes arrivals by name or company, which sets the tone before the first drink.
Fills the gaps
Short show blocks between sessions, timed with your host, so the long middle of the day has structure.
Poses on the terrace
Guests film themselves with the robot and the circuit in the same frame. That clip travels further than any invitation.
Carries the host's message
A welcome, a thank you or a sponsor line, delivered by the robot in English or French at the right moment.
Wears your sponsor
Your logo or your sponsor's goes on the chest, in every photograph taken in the suite all weekend.
Closes the weekend
A final block after the chequered flag while guests stay for a drink, so the day ends on a moment.

Questions we get asked.
Anything we have not covered? Write to us and we answer within 24 hours.
Can you bring a robot into a Grand Prix hospitality suite in Monaco?
Yes, where your host or building grants access and the floor suits. We need roughly three metres by three metres of flat, dry, firm surface. Access windows during race week are tight, so we plan delivery and get-out with you well in advance.
How much does Grand Prix hospitality entertainment with a robot cost?
From €2,000 per day with an operator at the multi-day rate, excluding VAT. Race weekends are usually booked as multiple days. Travel, staging and custom scripts are quoted separately, with a firm price back within 24 hours.
Will it work on an open terrace?
On a dry, level, firm terrace, yes. The robot does not work in rain and does not walk on loose or uneven surfaces. If rain is forecast we agree an indoor position in advance rather than improvising on the day.
How long can the robot entertain guests?
About two hours of active show on one battery, swapped on site by our operator. Across a race day we normally run several twenty minute blocks between sessions, which suits how guests move around a suite anyway.
Is it too loud for a suite during the racing?
No. The robot's spoken lines run through a small speaker we set to the room, and we schedule blocks so it never competes with the cars or with your host speaking.
Tell us what the room should remember.
Send us the date, the venue and what you want people talking about afterwards. We answer within 24 hours with a plan and a price.
