The deck everyone stops at.

During the Monaco Yacht Show the harbour is a wall of white hulls. A humanoid robot on your stand or aft deck gives visitors one reason to stop walking and start talking.

A robot at the Monaco Yacht Show.

A Monaco Yacht Show robot has one job: to interrupt a visitor who has already seen forty tenders, twenty interiors and every brochure on the quay. A humanoid that turns, greets and speaks does that in a second, and it does it to exactly the audience a shipyard, a broker or a marine brand is paying to meet.

The setting needs planning and we are direct about it. The robot needs a flat, dry, firm area of roughly three metres by three metres. An aft deck, a beach club or a covered stand on the quay usually works. Passerelles, wet teak, swell and open weather do not, so we look at the space with you first and say plainly where the robot can and cannot stand.

Used well it sells two things at once. It gives your brand the most filmed spot in the row, and it signals that the yard or the brand behind it is comfortable with advanced technology. For owners and charter guests, that second message often matters more than the photographs. The same robot can then host your evening drinks on the deck once the quay empties, which is when the conversations that matter actually happen.

How it works a yacht show.

Greets on the quay

It works the front of your stand, turning towards visitors and inviting them in before they drift to the next hull.

Speaks to the room

English and French, scripted with you for an audience of owners, brokers, captains and charter clients.

Poses on the aft deck

On a suitable deck it becomes the photograph of the week, with your yard or brand on its chest in every frame.

Opens a private viewing

A short arrival sequence for invited guests, so a viewing starts with a moment rather than a handshake at the passerelle.

Carries the yard's mark

Your logo replaces the wordmark on its chest, so the robot reads as your technology, not a hired novelty.

Hosts the evening drinks

When the show closes and the deck fills with guests, the robot works the crowd through the golden hour.

What the week includes.

Show weeks are logistics. We take that part off your list.

  • Delivery to the quay and set-up around the show schedule
  • An operator with the robot every hour it is live, always
  • A site check of the deck or stand before the show opens
  • Your logo fitted as a printed chest decal
  • Spoken content in English, French or both
  • Battery swaps on site between show blocks
  • Risk assessment and insurance documents for the organiser
  • An honest assessment of where the robot cannot safely work

Questions we get asked.

Anything we have not covered? Write to us and we answer within 24 hours.

Can you bring a robot to the Monaco Yacht Show?

Yes, on a stand or on board where the space allows. We need a flat, dry, firm area of about three metres by three metres and the organiser's approval. Book early: that week is the busiest of our year on the Riviera.

Can the robot walk on a yacht deck?

On a suitable deck, yes. It needs a firm, level, dry surface with a clear route. Wet teak, a passerelle, a swim platform, stairs and a moving deck in swell are all outside what it does. We survey the boat with you before we commit.

How much does robot hire cost during yacht show week?

From €2,000 per day with an operator at the multi-day rate, excluding VAT, for MONTARI, the event humanoid. Travel, staging and any custom script are quoted separately. You get a firm price within 24 hours.

Will it work outdoors on the quay?

Under cover, yes. The robot does not work in rain and does not walk on loose gravel or uneven ground. A covered stand or a shaded deck is the normal answer for a September show in Monaco.

Can it speak to international clients?

It speaks English and French. For the mixed audience of a yacht show we usually script short lines in both and let the operator choose which to run as each group arrives.
