What you actually hire
You do not hire a machine and a manual. You hire a robot, an operator who runs it and stays with it throughout, and the planning that makes the appearance work in your room. The robot never performs unattended.
Our fleet is two humanoids, both built on the Unitree G1, 1.32 m tall. MONTARI is the event humanoid: it walks among guests, shakes hands, poses, dances and speaks the lines you wrote together, in English and French. NOVA is the G1 EDU, the same body with the full software development kit open, for demonstrations that have to be exact, for research and for teams building their own behaviour.
What humanoid robot hire costs in Monaco
MONTARI is from €2,000 per day with an operator. NOVA is from €3,000 per day with an operator. Both are multi-day rates and exclude VAT.
A single day is quoted separately and costs more, because the setup is the same for one day as for three. Travel, staging and any custom script are shown as their own lines rather than folded into the day rate. Software and AI assistant projects are scoped and priced on their own. You sign a quote, pay a deposit to hold the date, and settle the balance after the event. Full details are on our pricing page.
What every booking includes
- Delivery of the robot to your venue, setup and removal afterwards
- An operator who runs the show and stays with the robot throughout
- Batteries and charging, swapped on site between blocks
- Your logo on a chest plate of about 17 by 10 cm, plus an A3 board on its back
- A running order written with you, including the lines the robot speaks
- A site check of the floor, the route and the lighting before doors open
- Public liability insurance for the robot and the operator
Where it works: Monaco and the Riviera
Monaco and Monte-Carlo first, then Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Saint-Tropez, Menton, Villefranche-sur-Mer and Èze, and further by arrangement. The robot is at home on a stand at the Monaco Yacht Show, in Grand Prix hospitality, at a gala or an awards night, at a product launch or on the terrace of a private party.
What it needs is the same everywhere: a flat, dry, firm surface of about three by three metres, a clear route from a back-of-house corner, and cover if it is outdoors, because it does not work in rain.
What happens on the day
We arrive well before your guests, usually two hours, and unpack in a back-of-house space. The operator walks the route, checks the floor, the lighting and the doorways, loads the script and runs a short rehearsal.
The robot then works the room in planned blocks. One battery gives about two hours of active show and the operator swaps batteries on site, so a full evening is a question of planning, not of the robot running out. At the end we pack it away discreetly while your guests are still with you.

How far ahead to book
Three to four weeks is comfortable for a standard booking, because it leaves time to write the script, print your branding and check the venue. For Grand Prix week, the Monaco Yacht Show and the December gala season, book months ahead: the fleet is small and those weeks fill first. We do take last-minute bookings when a robot and an operator are free.
